OUR STORY
Established in 2019, Indigo+Ivy Salon was created by two stylists who needed a change. The desire to create a welcoming, calm and relaxed space for clients as well as stylists was of utmost importance. After stumbling upon a small space in the perfect location in the heart of James Island, we got to work bringing our dreams to reality.
We are surrounded by a team of amazing stylists that are ready and dedicated to providing the best hair care for their clients. We can't wait to see you soon!
What's in a name?
After some careful research on the history of the popular Riverland Terrace area, we found out its original roots were a plantation. Wappoo Hall Plantation grew indigo which became a huge cash crop for this area. We knew we had to use it in our name! Ivy signified growth for us as it is a rooted plant that grows easily and is far reaching, thus Indigo+Ivy was born.
